Wade A. Cook, 30, of Austin, died Monday, Dec. 8, 2003.
He was born March 10, 1973, in Austin, to Robert and Ann (Goskesen) Cook. He worked at Hormel Foods Corporation.
Wade enjoyed bow hunting, fishing, cooking, and spending time with family.
Survivors include children, Bridget Cook, Wisconsin; Madison Cook, Austin; father and stepmother, Bob and Debbie Cook, Austin; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bob and Kristie Cook, Owatonna; Aaron and Nancy Cook, Garner, Iowa; Derrick Cook, Owatonna; sisters, Tammy Cook, Lansing; Tiffany Cook, Austin; stepsisters, Tanya Dennison, Austin; Tina Arndt, Brownsdale; special friend, Vicky Fielding, Austin; aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ann Cook.
Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. today, Dec. 12, 2003, and Saturday for one hour before the service at the mortuary.
Service: 11 a.m. Saturday at the mortuary with the Rev. Roberta Flood officiating.
Interment: Grandview Cemetery, Austin.
Funeral Home: Clasen-Jordan Mortuary, Austin.
