NOVA -- Ann Maria Lance, 34, of Nova, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family following a 10-year courageous battle with cancer.
Ann was born Aug. 8, 1977, in Wooster, the daughter of Warren and Debbie (Alleman) Teter, and married Christopher "Chuck" Lance on Sept. 6, 1996. He survives.
She had worked at Davis Allstate Insurance Agency in Wooster and had made her home in Rittman prior to moving to Nova one year ago. She enjoyed riding motorcycles and spending time with her children and her family.
She will be greatly missed by her husband, Chuck; sons, Tyler and Weston and a daughter, Kendall, all of the home; a grandson, Connor; her mother, Debbie (David) Barnes of Wooster; a sister, Carol Teter of Wooster; her grandmother, Shirley Alleman of Sullivan; her father- and mother-in-law, Roger and Patricia Lance of Sterling; and a host of family and friends.
Her father died previously.
Friends may call Friday from 5-8 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston, where services will be held at 8 p.m.
