Otis was originally buried at Monument Cemetery in Philadelphia, but the entire cemetery was moved to Lawnview Cemetery in Rockledge, PA in 1956, to the Susquehanna Section to a comingled grave. This section was for people who had no relatives to contact so there are no tombstones there.
