Maysville physician and surgeon. He was the first physician to be appointed Maysville's Hayswood Hospital Chief of Staff. Dr. Parker also was a Director of State National Band of Maysville. He served as an Air Force major in the medical corps during World War II. Husband to Viola A. (Parker) Parker.
