Mrs. Edith Bauer, 82, of LaMoille died Friday,Dec. 25, 1981 in the Mendota Lutheran Home.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Zion Lutheran Church, Clarion Township, with the Rev. Dane Meuschke officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Visitation was Sunday from 3 to 9 p.m. in the Lundquist Funeral Home.
Mrs. Bauer was born Nov. 18, 1899 in Clarion Township to Henry and Cora (Allex) Stuepfert. She married Clement Bauer May 3,1922 in Clarion. He preceded her in death in October 1978.
She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church and the Ladies Aid.
Survivors include a son, Clifford of LaMoille; two daughters, Mrs. Martin (Marjorie) Ultch of LaMoille and Mrs. Gene (Virginia) Young of Spring Valley; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and four brothers, Leroy, Alton, John and Henry Stuepfert, all of LaMoille.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Harold, a sister, Settie and one great-grandchild.
Memorials were directed to the Mendota Lutheran Home.
