Mr. Edgell was an insurance agent. Frank and his wife rented from her parents, the Temples, who lived at 45 Elm Street. The home may not have been built as such but in 1900 it was a multi-family home with the addresses 45, 47 and 49 Elm Street. It is located on the corner of Walnut Street. The Edgells lived at 49 Elm from 1900-1920 according to the census records. Mrs. Edgell most likely inherited the home after her parents' deaths and by 1930 they lived at 45 Elm and owned the home becoming the landlords.
