Born November 11, 1937 in Lafayette, he was the son of the late William R. and Thelma (Martin) Bellah.
Ed married Karen Paugh on March 4, 1972 in Delphi, IN and she survives.
He was a welder for Vulcan Material in West Lafayette for over 30 years and a long-time member of the Local #103 Operators Union. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and boating. He was known as a Jack of all trades and liked to tinker around the house. Most importantly, he loved spending time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren.
Surviving with his wife are six children, Catheryne "Cathy" Kerfoot (Fred) of Lafayette, Edward "Squeek" Bellah, Jr. (Robin) of Lafayette, Kimberly "Kim" Manzini (Steven) of Stockwell, Angie Noe (John) of Lafayette, Robert "Bob" Bellah (Terri) of Lafayette, and Dee Dee Bellah of Lafayette; three siblings, James Bellah (Virginia) of Lafayette, Madonna Goonen of Rossville, and Martha "Jane" McIver of Rossville; 22 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Steven Bellah, nine brothers and three sisters.
