Wanda was born Aug. 6, 1938, at her home in Mt. Pulaski Township, daughter of Russell and Treva Walker Bobell.
She is survived by her son, Mitchell Ford; her brother, Gary (Norma) Bobell; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and -nephews.
Wanda retired from Lexus Nexus as a computer proofreader in Ohio. She had a wonderful sense of humor and she loved children and dogs. She was of the Methodist faith.
Services for Wanda will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2013, at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home with Rev. Rachel Stockle officiating. A visitation will be held an hour prior to the service. Burial will follow the service at Steenbergen Cemetery in Mt. Pulaski.
Memorials may be made to the Community Action Center in Lincoln.
