She was born June 17, 1964, at Wilson, AR., to the late Leonard Sr. and Thelma Ainsworth.
Survivors include her sisters, Nancy Ashley of Dyess, Lois Spencer of Hineston, La., Barbara Watkins of Olive Branch, Miss., and Cathy Ainsworth and Judy Tucker, both of Frenchmans Bayou; and brothers, David Ainsworth of Bassett, and Norval and Freddie Ainsworth, both of Frenchmans Bayou.
Services were at Wilson's Funeral Home in Osceola with burial in Bassett Cemetery.
