Tracy Van Everett, 10-month-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel D. Everett Jr., of 297 North Colony Road, Newport News, died Tuesday in Medical College of Virginia Hospital, Richmond, after a short illness.

Surviving also are his sister, Miss Kathy S. Everett; his brother, Rickey D. Everett; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Clark, of Rocky Mount, N. C., and paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. S. D. Everett Sr., of Newport News.

Funeral services will be held at 3 this afternoon in Huntington Avenue Mennonite Church with the Rev. M. Lloyd Weaver Jr., pastor, officiating.

Pallbearers will be Alton R. Everett, J. R. Winston Jr., Willie Z. Everett and Carl H. Bass. Burial will be in Warwick River Mennonite Church cemetery.
