Noel Jefferson Tuell was born April 24,1912, in Riverside, California.
He is the son of Nolie Tuell and Elizabeth Anne Ingram. He has two sisters, Thelma Mae and Evelyn and two brothers Vernon and Albert "Jack" Tuell. His family moved to Tucson, Arizona when he was 6 years old. On August 17, 1931, Noel married Ruby Loreray Adcock, he was 19 and she was 21. Noel & Ruby moved to Riverside, California to be near Ruby's son and daughter who were living with their father. Noel was a World War II Veteran. He joined the Navy and was stationed in Guadalcanal during the Battle of Guadalcanal. After Ruby died Noel moved to Tucson, Arizona to live with his brother Jack Tuell and his family. Jack attended North Tucson Baptist church and that is where Noel met Ruth Richardson and her three daughters, Elizabeth "Betty" Richardson age 18, Dorothy Joan Richardson age 15 and Judith "Judy" Ellen Richardson age 11. Their faither Walter Edward Richardson died July 1, 1941. Noel was a foreman for a Constructions Company and was a skilled carpenter. On December 20, 1948 Noel married Ruth Richardson in Tucson, Arizona. He was a "wonderful" Father to Ruth's daughters and a "wonderful" Grandfather and Great Grandfather to their children. Noel died May 16, 1981 in Tucson, Arizona and he is buried at the East Lawn Palms Cemetery.
