Charlene "Pete" Morgan, 85 of Bear Creek, died September 4th at 6:30 AM at Parkview Healthcare Facility in Bolivar.
She was born April 28, 1928 in Aldrich, MO. The daughter of Charlie and Elva Young.
In 1949 she married Kent Morgan. To this union there were two children born a son Kevin, and a daughter Penny. Charlene was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and she will be missed by all. Charlene was saved at an early age and later baptized with her family in 1965.
Preceding her in death were her parents and husband Kent Morgan.
Survivors include one son, Kevin and wife Bobbie and one daughter Penny Fraser, and husband Pat, all of Bolivar: eight grandchildren, Larry Fraser and wife Andrea of Nixa, Carl Morgan and wife Gina of Bolivar, Jarrett Fraser and wife Angela of Stevensville, MT., Joshua Morgan of Bolivar, Justin Fraser of Bolivar, Barrett Morgan of Bolivar, Shannon Hendrickson of Springfield, Erin Hendrickson of Kansas City; and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be Saturday, September 7th at 10:00 AM in Brumback Funeral Home with Kevin Sitton officiating, with burial in Lindley Prairie Cemetery. Visitation Friday from 6 to 7 PM in the funeral home.
