Mineral Point Weekly Tribune 27 May 1909

Mrs. Carrie Bennett, aged 48 years, and wife of Wm. Bennett, died at her home in Willow Springs last Sunday, the 23rd of pneumonia. Deceased was a woman of quiet ways but grand qualities, and her death causes much sorrow. She was a native of this county and a sister of W.E. Prisk of this city. The husband and two children survive. Funeral yesterday, Rev. Wm. Croft officiating.
