She was born April 20, 1939 in Springfield, Missouri, the daughter of Harold A. and Willa Casper.
She attended school and was raised in Chanute, KS.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Alfred Trent, and a son, Dave Trent of Americus, KS; two brothers, Harold J. Casper, Visalia, CA, and Michael E. Casper, Moran, KS; one Aunt, Bea Cunningham, Chanute, KS; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A service will be held Dec. 23, 2004, at the Life Center Church, Emporia, Kansas. Burial will be at the Arlington National Cemetery, Virginia.
