Elmer T. Gafgen, 65, of the White Horse-Mercerville Road died Wednesday in St. Francis Hospital. A native of Trenton, he operated the E.T. Gafgen Fence Company for 45 years. Surviving are his wife, Eldreda H. Robbins-Gafgen; a son, Elmer C. of Robbinsville; a daughter, Mrs. Arlie Gladwell, and two brothers, Harold and Charles, all of Trenton; a sister, Mrs. Emily Green of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and six grandchildren. Services will be held Saturday at 9 a.m. at the Saul Colonial Home, Hamilton Square, with the Rev. Robert R. Strohl of St. Mark's Lutheran Church officiating. Interment will be in Groveville Methodist Cemetery. Friends may call Friday from 7 to 9 p.m.
