Lydia Levinwood Leonard was the daughter of John and Abigail Leonard. She married in the early 1790s Jehu Vickrey. About 1816 they left North Carolina for Ohio, but stayed there for only a short time before pushing further west, eventually coming to live in Rush County. She was the mother of twelve children: Christopher, Mary, a son who died as an infant, Hannah, John, Jereter, Martin, Jehu, Abigail, Lydia Levinwood, Salathiel S., and Elwood.

From Tim Walls:
Lydia Leonard didn't have a middle name. Levinworth or other middle names are a botched transcription of Leonard.

Her parents are buried in Centre Friends MM In Clinton County, Ohio. John and Abigail Leonard.

In addition- my 3x great grandmother Jereter (1801-1876) was likely a full sister to Salathiel Vickery. She is assumed to be one of the girls in the 1810 census for Jehu Vickery in Rowan County, NC. Her husband was Wiley Wall. Both are buried in Brookshire Cemetery in Henry County, Indiana.
