Terrance Lamont Hill, 37, of 167 John Jeter Lane, died Saturday, March 12, 2011 at Wallace Thomson Hospital. A native of Whitmire, he was the husband of Teresa Ann Rice Hill of the home and the son of the late Leroy Hill, Sr. and Sallie Christine Lane Hill. He was a 1992 honor graduate of Union High School, attended Johnson C. Smith University and USC Columbia and was a former employee of Renfro. He was a member of Bethesda Baptist Church. Survivors in addition to his wife include two sons, Terrance Hill, Jr. and Tabarious Hill both of Carlisle; two stepdaughters, Corceeka Beam of Union and Jessica Beam of the home; three brothers, Rev. John (Starlene) Hill and Leroy (Magnolia) Hill, Jr. both of Whitmire and James (Sharon) Hunter of Newberry; three sisters, Josephine Epps of Union, Ethel (Eugene) Johnson of Whitmire, and Mary Rogers of Columbia, SC; and two step grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at 2 pm at Bethesda Baptist Church with burial will be in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the home.
