Drops Dead in His Store --- Was Apparently in Excellent Health
Special to The Journal and Tribune
Clinton, Feb. 3 --- Dr. P.M. Liles, a prominent druggist of this place, dropped dead in his store early this morning. Death is attributed to heart failure. However, he was apparently in perfect health and when he reached the store greeted his customers with his usual cordiality.
Funeral services will be conducted at one o'clock Wednesday afternoon from the Baptist church here. The body will then be taken charge of by the members of the local Masonic lodge and interment will be in Sunset cemetery.
