Anna Margaret Terwilliger, daughter of Michael and Mary Wiley was born at Chester, Pa., Nov. 15, 1844, and passed on in Bradford, Jan. 21, 1930, at the age of 85 years and 2 months.

When quite young they moved to the vicinity of Lacon, and later she came to Bradford. On January 26, 1862 she was united in marriage to Albert P. Terwilliger in Bradford.

Four children were born to this union, Elmer E., Lida, Archibald and Emma T. She also had 12 grand children, 19 great grand children and one great great grand child.

In early life she was baptized in the Episcopal church and her life was a testimony of her faithful obedience to its teachings. In those early days there were many hardships, but she was brave and happy through them all. In her home every one was welcome and she was a true friend. No word of criticism or unkindly thought came to her and no one in need was ever denied help.

Her life was one of loving service and after a long an useful life the end cam quietly and peacefully.

She leaves besides her family many friends who will cherish her memory and remember her kindly deeds.

The funeral was held Saturday morning at her late home, services being in charge of Rev. T. J. M. Crapp, pastor of the M.E. Church. Selections were rendered by Mrs. James Noyes and Mrs. Charley Gerard. Burial was in the Bradford cemetery.

The grandsons, Geo. Scott, Walter Scott, Eldon Porter, William Humphrey, Benjamin Adelman and Shaw Terwilliger were the pall bearers.

Relatives present from a distance were Mrs. Clayton Ward and Mr. George Scott, Arcadia, Nebr.
