Mrs. Risch was born Jan. 9, 1935, in Washington, the daughter of Martin Broeker and wife Sylvia, nee Harrison.
She had been employed as a teacher at St. Francis Borgia Grade School for 43 years. Mrs. Risch was a life member of the Hummingbird Club.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Sylvia Broeker.
Mrs. Risch is survived by three sons, Douglas Risch, St. Charles, James "Snook" Risch and wife Theresa, Defiance, and Martin Risch and wife Kim, Washington; six grandchildren, Nick Risch and wife Nicole, Elliott Risch, Oliver Risch, Avery Risch, Jennifer Risch and fiance Mitch Beuke and April McCandles and husband Andrew; two great-grandchildren, Martin "Louie" Risch and Marilyn Risch; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Feb. 22, at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Washington, with Father Mike Boehm officiating.
Burial was in St. Francis Borgia Cemetery, Washington.
Memorials to Our Lady of Lourdes School are preferred.
The family was served by Miller Funeral Home, Washington.
