Joyce Laverne Cagle, 69 of Batesville, passed away Monday, September 2, 2013 at the St. Bernard's Hospital.

Born January 30, 1944 in West Memphis; daughter of the late, William B. and Elsie Coleman Byrd. She was united in marriage to James Cagle on January 7, 1961.

Survivors include her husband, James Everett of the home; three daughters, Debra Ann Burnam of Elk City, OK, Lisa C. Rudd and Becky S. McAfee both of Batesville; a son, Tony James Cagle of Batesville; eleven grandchildren, Dakota and Garrett Buckner, Bryan Snow, Colby and Ciara Love, Jamie and Colton McAfee, Jessie and Chy Rudd, Charlie and Dustin Cagle; seven great grandchildren; a brother, Glenn Byrd of Cabot; a sister, Gail Beavers of Marshall; and many other relatives and friends.
