Services will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Schildknecht Funeral Home in O'Fallon with the Rev. Jerry Casey officiating. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery in Marion. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Patricia attended God's House Church in Collinsville, Ill., as well as Faith Church in Lebanon, Ill., and was an active member around the community.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Tolbert; parents, John and Marguerite, nee Kalter, Slivinski; son, Danny Ray Tolbert; a daughter in infancy; two sisters; Grace Schirmer and Dolores Hood.
Surviving are her son, Charles R. (Cindy) Tolbert Jr., of Highland, Ill.; daughter, Dolores Tolbert of O'Fallon, Ill.; two brothers, John Slivinski of St. Charles, Mo., and Pete Slivinski of Creal Springs, Ill.; sister, Margaret (Eddie) Hutchings of Chicago, Ill.; grandchildren, Drew and Ryan Tolbert of Highland, Ill.; brother-in-law, Forest (Mary Jane) Tolbert of Pittsburg, Ill.; and nieces and nephews.
