Nicholas Phillip Payne died Thursday, at his home. He was 18 years of age and a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge.
Survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John A. Payne; a sister, Mrs. Ronnie Darick of St. Joseph, La.; and other relatives.
He was a member of Broadmoor Methodist Church, a 1968 graduate of Broadmoor High School, a freshman at LSU, and a member of the Junior Archeological Society, and the Pelican Chapter, Order of DeMolay.
