Patty Lou "Pat" (Crane) Sanders, 80, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at the home of her daughter, Lori.
Pat was born in Crawfordsville, Indiana on August 24, 1932 to Crawford and Velma (Hargis) Crane. She had worked at DeJongs & Stewarts Department Store and retired from Windsor Plastics where she worked for twenty-two years. She also worked at Pandas & Pinafores for ten years. Pat enjoyed flower gardening, cross-stitch and designing with miniatures for doll houses. She loved spending time with her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Pat was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church.
Pat is survived by her sons, Gary (Anita) Sanders of Brighton, TN; Gregory (Judy) Sanders of Peoria, AZ and Michael (Phyllis) Sanders of Evansville, IN daughters, Teresa (Jim) Stilwell of Evansville, IN and Lori (Paul) Pearce of Evansville, IN; sisters, Barbara Runyon of Crawfordsville, IN; Charlotte Ann Pickering of Crawfordsville, IN; Janice Meenach of Darlington, IN and Alice Kay Bartholomew of Cookville, TN, eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Pat is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Sharon Kay Sanders; son, Charles Bradley Sanders; granddaughter, Lindsey Sanders and brothers, William and Larry Crane.
Funeral services will be held 5:00 PM Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Avenue, Evansville, IN 47711, with Rev. Mitch Gieselman officiating.
