Timothy Jerome Harrell, 48, of 295 Valley Street in Princeton departed this life peacefully on Monday, August 5, 2013 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke, VA. Born on Mother's Day, May 9, 1965 in Welch, WV he was the son of the late Robert Monroe Harrell and Mary Magdalene Johnson Harrell. Timothy grew up in Vivian (Peerless), attended Welch High School, and was a member of the Lovely Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Bottom Creek WV. He loved all flowers, curling and styling hair of family and friends, and decorating. He was kind, caring, loving, and known for saying "Yes Mam" and No Mam" to those his senior. Survivors include three sisters, Madeline Burger, with whom he made his home, and Janice Showalter both of Princeton, and Sylvia Harrell of Columbus, OH; and three brothers, Robert Harrell and wife Jeanette and David Harrell and wife Tina all of Columbus, OH, and James "Charlie" Harrell and wife Shirley of Northfork, WV; four aunts; two uncles; and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Saturday, August 10, 2013 at the George W. Seaver Chapel of Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton with Pastor Gregory Howard officiating. Burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, Littlesburg Road, Bluewell. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1:00 PM until the service hour on Saturday.
