Kathryn Virginia Phelps Pulley, 95, of Nottoway County, Va., passed away on Friday, August 30, 2013, at Heron Cover in Gloucester, Va.
Honey" was born on May 9, 1918, to Everett Clyde Phelps and Lorena Gail White Phelps in Crewe, Va. She was the sixth of eight children and the last to survive. She was predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Howard Wildman "Wiley" Pulley, who died April 13, 1992. Together, they ran Crystal Lake in Nottoway, Va., in the late 1940s and early 1950s.
