Graveside services for Alton Earl Chambers of Zwolle were held on May 19 at Aimwell Cemetery. The Rev. Vernon Stephenson officiated. He died on May 16 at Rapides Regional Hospital.
Mr. Chambers was preceded in death by his wife of 31 years, Virginia Faith Chambers; son, Kenneth Earl Chambers; and parents, Theo and Jewel Chambers.
He is survived by three daughters and two sons-in-law; two sisters; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
