Mrs. Eda Barton Was Widow
of Mansfield Druggist
Mrs. Eda Barton, a resident of Mansfield for many years and widow of William M. Barton, Mansfield Druggist, died at the home of her sister, Miss Mattie F. Willis, 551 Park Avenue West, Thursday evening.
Mrs. Barton had resided with her sister for the last six years, since her health failed.
She was born in Ashland February 22, 1862 and was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are her sister, Miss Willis; two brothers, J. E. Willis of Mansfield and H. F. Willis of Detroit; three nieces , Mrs. Marjorie Young of Tokyo, Japan, Mrs. Kathleen Roberts of Modesto, Calif., and Mrs. Geraldine Huston of Teneck, NJ., and two nephews, Don R. Willis of Detroit and Ned T. Willis of New York city.
Private funeral services will be held at the Willis home at 2:30 p.m. Saturday with Rev. David H. Roller of the First Presbyterian church officiating. Burial will be in Mansfield Cemetery.
