She was born in Parkersburg the daughter of Gary L. Alton of Parkersburg and Carrie L. Yeager Alton of Parkersburg.
She was employed by the Camden Clark Medical Center. Lindsay was a cheerful outgoing person with a heart full of love for everyone she knew, she loved God and was loved by all who knew her. She was a 2006 graduate of the Carolina Springs Academy. Her favorite time of the year was the winter and she loved eating snow, she loved watching the NBA playoffs, the book "The Hunger Games" and cheerleading all through school. She was a member of the Grand Central Church of Christ and loved the youth groups, going to Camp Hervida in the Summer and had gone on many mission trips.
In addition to her parents she is survived by the light of her life, her son, her brother whom she adored, her aunts and uncles. Her cousins. Her paternal grandfather. (Names of the living removed for privacy
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Marie Alton, her maternal grandparents, Vic and Carolyn Vigneron and her cousin, James Balser.
Funeral services will be Sunday at 2:00pm at the Grand Central Church of Christ with Evangelist Joe Spivey officiating. Interment will be in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 2-4 and 6-8pm at the Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg and at the church one hour prior to the service.
