Vester Franklin, 59, died at his home near Olla late Wednesday afternoon after a short illness.
Graveside services were held at 2:30 p.m. Friday at the Little Chickasaw cemetery under direction of Riser and Sons funeral home.
Survivors include his father, Glover Franklin of Olla; one brother, Vanner Franklin of Olla; two sisters, Mrs. Dollie Proffer of Olla and Mrs.
Beulah Bailes [Bayles] of Monroe.
