EARL M. HARMON was the son of William "Bill" Monroe Harmon and Catherine "Kate Barnes. He worked as a Freight Conductor for the Pennsylvania Railroad with 32 years of service. The Pikesville resident was 88. He was married to Minnie F. (nee Albi) Harmon for 53 years; He is survived by a son William J. Harmon and his wife Delores, and daughters, Margaret F. Presson and her late husband Patrick, Patricia A. Harmon, and the late Paul Harmon; brother of Jackie Clark and the late William Harmon, Paul Harmon, Geraldine Russell, and Ann Fath. During WWII, Earl served in the U.S. Army and was a P.O.W. and won a Purple Heart. I couldn't find his tombstone when I went to the cemetery even though his nephew told me he is buried next to his father, William. I am thinking his ashes were scattered on the grave as William died in Maryland.
