Carla M. Bernardo, age 91 of Canton, passed away early Friday morning at Akron Medical Center after an extended illness. Carla was born in Calamecca, Italy on Nov. 4, 1918 to the late Settimo and Ilia (Pocci) Donatini. She was a resident of Canton most of her life. She attended Central High School and was a former member of the Northern Italian Club. She was retired employee of Canton Corrugated Box Co. where she was employed for 12 years as an Inspector.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death her husband, Angelo who passed away in 1963 and two sisters, Isabelle Donatini and Linda Moore.
