Cecil E. Bailey, 41, of Findlay, passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2013, at the Bridge Hospice Care Center. Cecil was born on April 4, 1972 in Bluffton, Ohio. Cecil proudly served his country in the U.S. Army, and most recently was employed at Whirlpool. He enjoyed hunting, motorcycles, and was an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns, and the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Cecil is survived by his brothers, Gene (Nancy) Radebaugh, Buddy (Mary Jane) Bailey, Franklin Bailey, Dale (Ami) Mullins, and Brandon Mullins; sisters, Pandie (Steve) Weyer and Lisa Bailey; grandmother, Edna Judy; and many nieces and nephews. Cecil was preceded in death by his mother, Jennifer (Judy) Mullins; and grandfather, Cecil Judy.
Visitation will be held at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay (419-422-1500) on Thursday, August 22nd, from 3-6 P.M. A memorial service will follow at 6 P.M. in the funeral home with Pastor Kevin Hoffman officiating. The Hancock County Veterans Memorial Squad will conduct full military honors following the service. Memorial contributions in Cecil's name may be made to the family in care of the funeral home, or to the American Cancer Society. Funeral Visitation Thursday, August 22, 2013 from 3 - 6 p.m.
