Biography: Blanche was a graduate of Alexandria High School, Class of 1944. She enjoyed her job as a cosmetician at Hooks Drugs for 22 years and loved being a farmer's wife. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and was a past member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Blanch also loved cooking and her daily trips to Frisch's for hot fudge brownies.

Officiating: Dr. Joyce Thornton-Pastor-Alexandria First United Methodist Church
Interment: Will follow in Park View Cemetery in Alexandria
Visitation: Friends may call at the Owens Funeral Home in Alexandria from 5 PM to 8 PM on Friday and at 10 AM on Saturday prior to the services.
