Funeral services for Woodrow "Woodie" W. Curtis, 77, of 1930 Geffs Ave., were held at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home, the Rev. Stanley R Chapin, officiated. Entombment was in Knollcrest Mausoleum, near Arcadia.

Mr. Curtis died at 3:02 p.m. Tuesday in the emergency room at St, Rita's Medical Center, Lima.

He was born Oct. 21, 1916 in Tipton, Indiana, to Wilbert and Josie (Shellenbarger) Curtis. He married Maxie Bailey, who survives.

Also surviving are two daughters, Mary Ann Cramer and Mrs. Bill (Pam) Balmer, both of Findlay; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother and five sisters.

Mr. Curtis was an employee of Kewpee in Lima, and transferred to Wilson's Sandwich Shop, Findlay, where he was an owner and worked more than 50 years

He served in the Army during World War II and attended Enon Valley Presbyterian Church.
