Thomas "Tom" Howard Jacobs, 55, Indianapolis, passed away Wednesday, August 28, 2013. Tom was born in Greenfield, IN on April 17, 1958 to parents, John Martin Jacobs, III and Mildred Marie (Thommen) Jacobs.

During his career, Tom was a caulking specialist and owned his own caulking company.

He was preceeded in death by his wife, Arden M. Jacobs and his parents, John and Mildred. He is survived by his children: Nicholas M. Jacobs, Alexandra M. Scott and Olivia A. Jacobs; grandsons: Logan Frederick, Silas Matthew and two more boys on the way; and brother, John M. Jacobs, IV.
