FRANK J. SHARP JR., 91, Shamrock Court, Orlando, died Monday, Feb. 20, 1995. Mr. Sharp was owner and operator of Sharp Citrus and the father of former Orange County commissioner Fran Pignone. Born in Carrollton, Ga., he moved to Central Florida in 1920. He was a member of St. James Cathedral. Survivors: daughters, Fran Pignone, Orlando, Rita Simpson, Boulder, Colo.; sons, John J., Frank J. III, both of Orlando; sisters, Sadie Moore, Orlando, Rudein Talton, Apopka; five grandchildren. Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home, Orlando.
