Thelma W. Hopkins, 75, of Wilson died Friday at Wake Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Rountree Missionary Baptist Church, 2110 Martin Luther King Pkwy. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
She retired from Baltimore City Public School System.
Ms. Hopkins is survived by a daughter, Sharon M. Hopkins of Baltimore, Md.; two sisters, Lorraine Simms and Delorice Faison of Wilson; three grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; as well as cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, at the church and at other times at 2625 Wilco Blvd.
