Aaron Grandinson Cantrell was the youngest child of John and Rebecca Thorne Cantrell to move to Clay Co., Miss. He married Katherine Hill Webber from S.C. and they had eleven children. Only three of their children had children of their own. Three descendents of this line remained in Clay Co.: John Aaron Cantrell, his son John Jr. and grandson John III.
