Barbara Jean Reynolds, 80, of Bloomington, went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 26, 2013, at Garden Villa Health Care Center.
Barbara was born in Monroe County on July 9, 1933, to Everett Olan and Bernice Neoma (Helms) McMillan. She was married to Donald Eugene Reynolds, who preceded her in death. Barbara was a homemaker and lived and breathed for her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and step-grandchildren. She enjoyed time spent with her daughter Linda working on jigsaw puzzles.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; infant son, Donald Eugene Reynolds, Jr.; sister, Pearl Irene Elliott, and brother, Thomas Eugene McMillan.
Barbara is survived by her children, Linda Sue (Reynolds) Latiolais, Larry Dale Reynolds and Donald Ray Reynolds and wife Debbie; eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, six stepgrandchildren; and brothers, Everett "Bud" Leroy McMillan, James Donald McMillan, and Charles "Bill" William McMillan.
Funeral services will be held at Chandler Funeral Home on Thursday, August 29, 2013, at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Tony Stangas officiating. Burial is to follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
