Ms. Debra Regina Higgins, age 45, Erwin, died Wednesday.
Ms. Higgins was a lifelong resident of Unicoi County and a daughter of Hazel Price and Beachel Price, both of Erwin. She was a retired nurse, having worked for several years in Unicoi County. Ms. Higgins was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by a brother, James Shelton; paternal grandparents, Sam & Clarisa Price and maternal grandparents, Jake and Minnie Woodword.
