Barbara Catherine (Downing) McCray, 63, of Fort Wayne, departed this life on Tuesday, August 6, 2013. She was born August 24, 1949, in Baltimore, Maryland.
She was employed by General Motors and retired many years of dedicated service. She was a member of Faith Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of the late Rev. James G. Fincher, Sr.
Surviving are her loving sons, Dennis McCray and Christopher McCray both of Fort Wayne; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Esther Downing, Sr.
Funeral service is 11:00 am Friday, August 30, 2013 at Carmichael Funeral Service, with visitation one hour prior. Burial in Highland Park Cemetery.
