NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Funeral Services for Mrs. Jo Whitlock Morgan, 98, of Lake Avenue, North Augusta, SC, who entered into rest August 25, 2013, will be conducted Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Posey Funeral Chapel. Dr. Gary C. Redding officiating. Interment in Pineview Memorial Park. Mrs. Morgan was a native of Uvalda, Georgia, having made North Augusta her home for the past 86 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of North Augusta, the Strom Fellowship, the Lew Jolly Sunday School Class and was a Church Kitchen Staff member. Mrs. Morgan was the wife of the late W.H. Bunk Morgan. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Jack Chumney, North Augusta; three grandchildren, Wade Morgan Chumney, Lee Garner Chumney and Pamela Jo Lambert; six great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 5 until 7.
