Benjamin W. "Ben" Gladkowski of Gurnee, IL
Benjamin W. "Ben" Gladkowski, 57, a former longtime resident of Cicero, IL, passed away Sunday afternoon, Sept. 4, 2011, at Vista Medical Center West in Waukegan, IL.
He was born in Chicago on July 8, 1954, and graduated from Morton East High School, Cicero, IL in 1972.
He is survived by his daughter, Mary Elizabeth Gladkowski; as well as three siblings.
His wife, Mary Ann (nee Fruits) Gladkowski; and his parents preceded him in death.
Friends of the family may join them for a memorial service commencing at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 14, at St. John the Divine Episcopal Church, 216 E. Chandler Blvd., Burlington, WI 53105, 262-763-7482.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Mary, Ben's daughter, would be appreciated.
