William H. Watts, husband of the late Florence Stringer Watts, died Friday, June 23. He was 77. He married Florence Stringer on June 7, 1908 in Rochester Massachusetts.
Born in Canada, he was the son of the late David and Annie (York) Watts, of Canada. He had been a resident of Wareham for about 65 years and had attended Wareham schools. He was retired from the Tremont Nail Co. He also worked at the Home Washing Co.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Beatrice McWilliams and Mrs. Hazel Maloney, both of Wareham; and three brothers, Russell, Edward, and Frank, of East Wareham.
