Dorothy D. Shelton Cobb, age 80, of Texarkana, Texas, died Saturday, August 24, 2013 at her home.

Mrs. Cobb was born February 28, 1933 in New Boston, Texas.

She was retired from Day and Zimmerman Inc., and a member of Myrtle Springs Baptist Church and the Women of The Moose Chapter 1731.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, O. W. "Buddie" Shelton.

She is survived by her husband: Don Cobb; three sons and daughters-in-law: Jerry and Diann Shelton; Carroll and Yvette Shelton; Dr. Derral and Carolyn Shelton; two daughters and sons-in-law: Nancy and Mike Huddleston; Sheryl and Curtis Floyd; one stepson and stepdaughter-in-law, George D. Cobb II and Julie Cobb; two step daughters : Teresa Davis and Anita Simms; one stepsister: Bonnie Waldrum; one stepbrother: Lloyd Meagson; sixteen grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren and a number of other relatives.

Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens.
