WINDHAM — Brad Blake, 41, died peacefully at his home on June 19, 2004.

Brad was born in Portland, a son of Bob and Bev Blake.

Brad attended Gray schools and graduated from S.M.T.C., with a degree in landscape design. He loved to travel, play with his dog, collect sailboats, and anything Indian.

Brad cherished his family and friends, loved to decorate, and was proud of his new home. He played a very active role in the CD-Pas pro- gram of which he was a part. He was very much loved by all of his family and friends. Wherever he went he had a good time.

He was predeceased by grandparents, Doris Smith, and Barbara and Harold Blake.

Visitation will be held 4-8 p.m., on Monday, June 21, at Wilson Funeral Home, LLC, 24 Shaker Road, Grays A funeral will be held at 10 a.m., on Tuesday. Pastor Douglas Hedstrom will officiate. The arrangements under the care of Wilson Funeral Home LLC.
