Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she was a lifetime resident of Cape May, and attended the Cape May Elementary and Cape May High Schools.
She was a member of Our Lady Start of the Sea Church, Cape May. She was a former member and secretary of the Or Lady Star of the Sea School PTA and was a Charter member of the Cape May Marlin and Tuna Club. She worked many years as a waitress at the Lobster House Restaurant, in Cape May.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Chuck Tryon; two sons, David Tryon, of Cape May, Charles Tryon, Jr. , one brother John Conway; one sister Dorothy Cook, granddaughters; nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady Start of the Sea Church, Cape May. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Cold Spring.
