Death of Milton F.H. Carefoot

The death of Milton F.H. Carefoot occurred at the Assinboine Hospital, April 26th. Mr. Carefoot was born in 1876. In 1903 he married Janet Latimer and settled in that same year on his farm at McAuley, He lived there until moving to Virden to reside several years ago. Mr. Carefoot was predeceased by his wife in 1957.

He is survived by six sons:
William F. and Harry of McAuley;
Herman, of Tiverton;
Clarence, of Moosomin;
Ray, of Moose Jaw;
Gordon, of Fleming.

And six daughters:
Mrs. Claire Windrim (Eulalie), of Rocanville;
Mrs. N. Jamieson, (Cora), of McAuley;
Mrs. Jean Crump, of McAuley;
Mrs. Allan Simmie (Edna), of Elkhart, Indiana;
Mrs. C.W. Paddock (Joyce), of Reston;
Catherine (Kay), of Virden.

One brother, Les, of Welwyn.

Services were held and interment was in the family plot at McAuley.
