Donna Couch McClendon, 58, Locust Grove, died July 18, 2007. She was born July 13, 1949 in Fayette County, daughter of the late Harvey and Sarah Emma Whitlock Couch. She was a 1967 graduate of Fayette County High School. She was a member of The Faith Baptist Church, Jackson, was a homemaker, and assisted her husband in their business, Buddy's Body Shop, Locust Grove.
Services were at the Sherrell Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Benny Tate officiating. Interment was at the County Line Baptist Church Cemetery, Jenkinsburg. Survivors include her husband David E. "Buddy" McClendon, Locust Grove; daughters, Wendy and Lee Mooney, Jackson, and Dina and Dale Kitchens, Locust Grove; grandchildren, Kalee Kitchens and Hunter Mooney; a brother, Ferrell Couch, Riverdale; and a sister, Laverne Mask, Fayetteville. Sherrell-Wilson-Mangham Funeral Home, Jackson, was in charge.
